Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your sparkle. Trovella guarantees the quality of all our jewelry and wants you to be satisfied with every purchase. But no one is perfect. If any item in your order doesn’t meet your or our high-quality standards, return it and we’ll replace it or refund your purchase price within 25 days of your order.

How to return your items:

No returns will be allowed without prior authorization. Please contact us at customerservice@trovella.com or 443-637-2192 to initiate a Return Authorization Number. This helps us process your return and identify any problems so that we can correct them on future orders.

Returns must be made within 25 days of the order date on your invoice. UPS and USPS have an outstanding delivery record, but if you do not receive your order on time, please contact us immediately. Any missing merchandise claims must be made within 5 days of the invoice date.

We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee, plus shipping and handling for any return that does not follow these guidelines. 

Trovella will happily accept any products with the original packaging and tags for a refund or credit for all qualifying orders in the United States. All returned items must be in re-sellable condition only, and we reserve the right to refuse any items that do not meet this requirement.

Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email; please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement. All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, discounts, except in the case of an incorrect shipment.

If you receive your product and find it to be damaged or defective, please contact us before you return your item so that we may further assist you:  customerservice@trovella.com / 443-637-2192.

All clearance or discounted items are considered a final sale.

Exclusions:

Returns are accepted for the majority of our products with the exception of the following:

  • Final Sale items - Any piece listed as a final sale;
  • Personalized jewelry - All monogrammed and engraved items;
  • Custom orders - Any jewelry piece that has been customized especially for you; and 
  • All international orders are final sale.
